Description

Cerebras Systems is hiring an AI and Automation Engineer to design, build, test, deploy, and operate secure AI agents, orchestration services, enterprise applications, integrations, and controlled workflows for Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and other business systems. The role combines solution architecture, production support, Scrum and Agile delivery, model and platform evaluation, reliability, and SOX and security controls. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant software, platform, integration, solution engineering, or enterprise application experience, along with strong Python and TypeScript or JavaScript skills and hands-on production AI-system experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of software, platform, integration, solution engineering, enterprise application, or related technical experience with hands-on production ownership in complex environments
Hands-on production AI-system experience using agents, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, evaluations, and monitoring
Experience with leading LLM platforms and agent frameworks
Experience designing MCP or comparable integrations, enterprise authentication, permission-aware access, and distributed-system reliability patterns
Working knowledge of enterprise Finance processes
Experience working in Scrum or Agile teams
Experience with software engineering practices including version control, peer review, environment management, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building AI or automation solutions for Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or other controlled enterprise processes
Experience integrating AI services with ERP, data, procurement, contract, HR, CRM, or enterprise workflow platforms
Experience with cloud platforms, event-driven or serverless architectures, and enterprise integration platforms
Experience implementing SOX controls or operating in a public-company, IPO-readiness, or audit-regulated environment
