Description
Cassi is hiring a Staff- or Principal-level AI Infrastructure Engineer to own its intelligence layer end to end, including agent runtime and orchestration, multi-provider inference, real-time voice, retrieval and memory, ambient intelligence, evaluation, observability, and productization. The role focuses on systems architecture, production reliability, migration, security, and unit economics rather than research or prompt tuning. Candidates need 8+ years of backend engineering experience, 3–5 years working directly with LLMs, TypeScript expertise, and experience with agent orchestration, inference, retrieval, evaluation, and distributed systems.
