Description
AlphaSense is hiring an experienced engineering leader to build and operate AI-powered distributed systems at scale. The role involves designing reliable systems, establishing testing, observability, and CI/CD practices, mentoring engineering teams, owning the technical roadmap, and collaborating with machine learning and research teams to productionize AI capabilities. Candidates need at least seven years of experience building and operating production distributed systems, a record of improving reliability, expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code, strong coding and debugging skills, and experience leading technical initiatives.
