Description
Paytm Labs is hiring a Staff AI Platform Engineer to build and operate an AI inference platform and an agentic AI platform for internal teams and enterprise customers. The role covers multi-model serving, model lifecycle management, inference optimization, distributed systems, agent orchestration, tool-use infrastructure, safety and guardrails, evaluation, observability, SDKs, and technical leadership. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI systems or LLM applications, along with experience in production LLM evaluation, distributed systems, cloud platforms, containerized deployments, and security risks in agentic systems.
