ServiceNow is hiring a Staff AI Security Specialist to secure AI agent systems and agentic workflows. The role involves analyzing how agents assemble context, call tools, plan, delegate, and persist data; designing static and runtime security controls; prototyping and hardening defenses; threat modeling; red-teaming; evaluating controls; tracking AI security research; and advising product and platform teams. Candidates need 6+ years of combined security, software engineering, or applied research experience, including 2+ years with AI/ML or LLM-based systems, plus expertise in agent harnesses, memory and retrieval systems, security domains, AI threat landscapes, and Python.
