Description
Kueski is hiring a Staff AI Software Engineer for its AI Enabling Team to build and scale AI agents, developer tools, reusable workflows, knowledge-retrieval systems, evaluation harnesses, observability, and safety and compliance guardrails. The role will evolve existing services, data platforms, and pipelines for reliable AI operation, establish AI-native engineering practices, ship production agentic systems, and mentor engineering teams. Candidates need extensive software and AI systems experience, strong systems engineering fundamentals, Staff+ technical influence, and the ability to communicate across engineering, product, and risk and compliance stakeholders.
