The AI Solution Builder will partner with operational, content, and enablement teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and build production-grade agentic AI solutions. The role involves mapping workflows, developing AI agents, custom tools, and automated pipelines with Gemini Enterprise, Antigravity, ADK, LangChain, and MCP; converting proofs of concept into secure, observable applications; establishing evaluation and safety frameworks; and driving adoption through guides and best practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of relevant experience, programming or system-design experience, generative AI and prompt-engineering experience, and experience turning manual workflows into code or automations. The role offers $183,000–$265,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits, with application details available through at least October 12, 2026, and potential work locations in Austin, Atlanta, Boulder, or Chicago.
