Description
Renesas is hiring a Staff Analog Design Engineer to own major analog and power-management circuit blocks in complex PMIC and mixed-signal products. The role covers architecture, CMOS power-management design, simulation, verification, layout supervision, silicon characterization, production ramp, cross-functional collaboration, and technical guidance, while also mentoring other engineers and improving analog-design methods and reusable IP. Candidates need substantial analog or mixed-signal IC design experience, strong CMOS and power-management expertise, and at least 3–8 years of related experience depending on their education.
