d-Matrix is seeking an analog engineer to own the transistor-level design of SerDes transmit and receive datapath blocks for its IO chiplet. The role covers output drivers, pre-drivers, serializers, termination, ESD-aware input networks, CTLE, VGA, samplers, equalization, link budgets, verification, layout, channel modeling, silicon bring-up, and bench characterization. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, at least 8 years of hands-on analog and mixed-signal design experience, demonstrated SerDes datapath ownership through working silicon, and experience with advanced FinFET or GAA process nodes.
