Self Financial is hiring a Staff Analyst for its Product and Customer Analytics team to own metrics and analytical systems across the Credit Builder Account and Credit Card portfolios and the customer lifecycle. The role leads analytical experiments, data modeling, predictive and causal analysis, AI and semantic-layer workflows, dashboards, and reporting while partnering with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams. It requires a quantitative degree, 8+ years of data analytics experience, cloud data warehouse and SQL expertise, BI and analytics-engineering experience, programming ability, and experience with A/B testing and causal inference. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$170,000 annually, equity, bonuses, health, vision, and dental coverage, and hybrid work arrangements.
