Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Staff Product Analyst, Product Analytics to serve as a strategic analytics lead across multiple product and business areas. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, Finance, and other teams to shape product strategy, establish measurement frameworks, lead A/B testing and causal inference, own complex analytics initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor analysts. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of relevant experience, strong experimentation and statistical skills, advanced SQL, and proficiency in Python or R. The role is based in San Mateo, Los Angeles, or San Diego, United States, with a base pay range of $200,100 to $300,100 USD and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, wellness, and employee discount benefits.
