Description
Jane is hiring a remote-first BI/Analytics Engineer to build and operate its core BI platform, including data ingestion, integration, architecture, enterprise data models, semantic layers, data quality, governance, observability, CI/CD, and pipeline reliability. The role also reviews and certifies data products and mentors Analytics Engineers. Candidates need 6+ years of analytics engineering experience, expert SQL and data modeling skills, production dbt experience, cloud data platform expertise, and experience with data observability and AI-augmented analytics workflows. The role is remote-first and not hybrid, with compensation of CAD 152,000–237,500 in Canada or USD 149,600–215,100 in the United States, plus equity.
