Description
Salla is hiring a Staff Analytics Engineer to own event instrumentation and behavioural data, including the event taxonomy, tracking plans, schemas, identity model, and validation. The role is a senior individual-contributor position embedded in the engineering development lifecycle, responsible for data models, transformation pipelines, data quality, warehouse structure, analytics access, developer experience, and adoption across engineering teams. Candidates need at least six years of relevant analytics, data, product analytics infrastructure, or software engineering experience, including at least three years owning event instrumentation and tracking, along with strong SQL, dbt, streaming, server-side tagging, privacy, and identity-resolution expertise.
