The roles involve designing consumer-facing mobile product experiences, partnering with product, engineering, content, and research teams, owning the full design process from discovery through high-fidelity visuals and micro-interactions, conducting research, evolving the design system, and improving design quality. Candidates should have mobile app design experience, strong UX and visual design skills, a user-first mindset, and experience shipping products with product and engineering teams; Staff Designers should also lead large initiatives and mentor others.
