Renesas Electronics is hiring a Staff Application Engineer to support customer design-in activities, develop and validate high-voltage GaN reference solutions, characterize power-conversion performance, troubleshoot application issues, and deliver technical support and documentation for industrial, infrastructure, server, UPS, solar, and EV power applications in Taiwan. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, 8–12 years of power electronics and power-conversion experience, and fluent English communication skills.
