Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Release Management Engineer to administer ServiceNow and SAP production and sub-production environments, support stakeholders, troubleshoot integrations and user-management issues, develop monitoring and automation, maintain documentation, and improve release and instance management through automation and governance. The role also covers upgrades, deployments, technical-debt remediation workflows, and separation-of-duties controls, with on-call coverage as needed. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least three years of IT industry experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and working knowledge of SAP administration; ServiceNow administration experience is preferred. Base pay is $149,800–$262,200 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
