NextSilicon is hiring a Staff Applications Engineer to move high-performance computing applications onto new platforms, evaluate node- and system-scale performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop algorithmic and software solutions that accelerate applications on a novel dataflow architecture. The role involves analyzing customer-defined scientific applications, translating requirements into software and hardware features, developing performance models, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid in Austin, Texas or Minneapolis, Minnesota, with remote work considered for exceptional candidates.
