Google is hiring a Staff Applied AI Agent Developer to partner with strategic customers and build, deploy, debug, and optimize custom conversational AI agents and solutions using Gemini Enterprise and other applied AI products. The role involves bespoke software development, reusable tooling, customer feedback to product teams, and technical guidance on agent performance, CI/CD, and production readiness. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, extensive software testing and launch experience, software design and architecture experience, and experience with generative AI and related technologies. The position offers US and Canadian compensation, bonuses, equity, and benefits, with application locations in Waterloo, Toronto, New York, Sunnyvale, and Kirkland.
