Description
Outsmart is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to join its early-stage engineering team and help build generative and discriminative AI applications at scale. The role focuses on content generation, gamification, benchmarking, analytics, mobile-signal behavior classification, and modernizing the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include co-owning the AI-first SDLC, developing MCP/ML tooling, establishing prompting and benchmarking standards, contributing to the AI roadmap, and owning end-to-end deployment and maintenance of AI systems. The position requires at least 10 years of hands-on AI/ML experience, deep agentic engineering experience, and experience shipping AI-first applications at scale.
