Description
The Staff Assistant (Business Continuity) supports the Staff Officer (Business Continuity) in developing and maintaining Business Continuity directives, plans, risk assessments, and disaster-recovery activities for the Alliance Command Team (ACT) and its subordinate entities. The role advises NATO headquarters and other stakeholders, supports BC education and exercises, coordinates with relevant NATO agencies, and contributes to budget and compliance activities. It requires higher secondary education or secondary education with advanced vocational training, 1–3 years of business or office administration experience, 1–3 years of Business Continuity Management and disaster recovery experience, and 1–2 years of policy-writing and risk-management experience. The position requires a NATO SECRET security clearance and offers a three-year definite-duration contract to newly recruited NATO International Civilian staff.
