The role requires 10+ years of semiconductor product development experience, ATE and DFT knowledge, project ownership, and the ability to lead external vendors and cross-functional teams. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of semiconductor product development experience, including bring-up, characterization, and production
End-to-end project execution from architecture through production release
ATE test program development, including test method and flow development, bring-up, characterization, debug, and production
DFT, fabrication process, and product qualification knowledge
Preferred Qualifications: Unix, C++, Python, SmarTest, and SmartRDI
Data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, JMP, and YieldExplorer
IEEE 1149, 1500, 1687, and 1838
Streaming Scan Network, scan diagnostics, and failure analysis
STIL pattern conversion techniques and tools
Active thermal management
