Description
Husson University is seeking a Staff Athletic Trainer to support the Sports Medicine Department and athletic department. The per diem role provides injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and general health care for student-athletes; covers practices, athletic facilities, home and away events, and overnight travel; documents medical records; communicates with coaching staff; and serves as a CAATE-approved preceptor. The position requires a CAATE-approved athletic training degree, NATA BOC certification, Maine licensure or eligibility, and CPR certification, with at least one year of certified athletic training experience preferred.
