Relativity Space is hiring an Avionics Manufacturing Engineer to develop manufacturing process plans, work instructions, and work orders for avionics hardware and wire harnesses; conduct Manufacturing Readiness Reviews; provide Design for Manufacturability feedback; support build technicians; coordinate procurement and inspection; and analyze process performance and yield data. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least seven years of manufacturing, process development, or production support experience, and hands-on experience with PCBAs, avionics boxes, or wire harness fabrication and assembly. The hiring range is $143,000 to $215,000 USD.
