The role involves aligning technology roadmaps, building productivity tools, removing technical blockers, evaluating technologies, and recruiting and mentoring engineering talent. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent, at least 10 years of backend and web application experience, expertise in distributed systems and server technologies, Java and Spring skills, AWS experience, and experience with NoSQL and relational or columnar databases. The position is hybrid.
