The role owns technical roadmaps, drives backend systems and API development, leads engineering and product strategy, and mentors engineers. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in fintech or payments infrastructure, along with strong backend, cloud-native, security, and crypto knowledge. The position is based in San Francisco, New York, or Bangalore, with an expectation of working from the office at least 40% of the time.
