Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Staff Backend Product Engineer in Warsaw to lead the technical architecture and engineering practices for unified AI Assistant experiences, including conversational search, personalized search, and proactive in-app recommendations. The role owns end-to-end technical decisions around LLM-powered customer-facing systems, integrates AI services through APIs and SDKs, establishes observability and testing standards, and mentors engineers across the Shopping AI & Search squad. Candidates need at least 8 years of backend engineering experience, expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture, proficiency in Go or another modern backend language, and practical experience with AI coding tools and cloud infrastructure.
