Description
Wand is hiring a staff-level full-stack engineer to build and own the dashboard and connector-management product that powers its AI agents. The role is roughly 60% backend and 40% frontend, with responsibilities spanning enterprise UI development, connector and data-pipeline engineering, LLM and agent integrations, analytics processing, retrieval optimization, and end-to-end project delivery. The position requires 10+ years of engineering experience, strong Python and enterprise UI skills, cloud and containerized-environment experience, and the ability to own a roadmap and deliver in a high-paced startup environment.
