Reach Security is hiring Staff Backend Software Engineers to develop and maintain backend systems supporting its security platform, including APIs, infrastructure, databases, data pipelines, and large-scale data processing. The role involves complex engineering initiatives, technical architecture, production troubleshooting, code reviews, and ownership of backend systems from day one. Candidates need 7+ years of backend, platform, or systems software engineering experience, strong Python and cloud experience, production database and SaaS platform experience, and expertise in system design, data architecture, and API development.
