Description
Lucid is hiring a Staff Battery & Inverter Manufacturing Engineer to lead high-voltage battery pack and inverter assembly processes at AMP-2, a greenfield facility. The role owns process design, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, SPC, traceability, NPI readiness, launch governance, change control, TPM, equipment reliability, and high-voltage safety. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 8 years of advanced automotive or EV battery or power-electronics manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of IATF 16949, HV safety, and manufacturing readiness.
