Description
Intuit is hiring a Lead, Financial Process & Platform Modernization to independently lead high-impact modernization initiatives across controllership, close, consolidation, financial reporting, controls, data, systems, and emerging technologies. The role translates accounting and operational requirements into scalable solutions, owns major workstreams and governance, advises controllership leadership, and applies AI and automation to improve cycle time, quality, scalability, and risk. It requires 8–10+ years of relevant accounting or finance modernization experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, and strong systems, data, process, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence capabilities.
