Intel Foundry is hiring a Staff Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Engineer to lead CMP process development, cross-node standardization, yield and manufacturing issue resolution, technology transfer, and continuous improvement across advanced logic nodes. The role requires a master's degree, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing or process development experience, and three years of CMP process development experience, with foundry experience preferred. It is an experienced-hire position with hybrid work eligibility and an annual salary range of $133,800 to $255,200 USD across United States locations.
