GHD is hiring a Civil Design Engineer for its Guam office to independently advance civil design work across site development, roadways, grading, stormwater drainage, water and wastewater utilities, and related infrastructure. The role covers calculations, reports, construction documents, permitting, interdisciplinary coordination, site verification, contractor review, and technical guidance to junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, at least four years of progressive civil engineering design experience, and a Professional Engineer license or a commitment to obtain one within 12 months of hire.
