Nscale is hiring a Staff Cloud Native Software Engineer to build, operate, and improve Kubernetes-based software integrations connecting AI applications with networking components on GPU-backed infrastructure. The role owns significant controllers, operators, CRDs, admission webhooks, reconciliation tooling, observability foundations, infrastructure architecture, reliability, and operational automation, while setting technical direction and mentoring engineers across platform, infrastructure, and product teams.
