Aviatrix is hiring a Staff Cloud Network Engineer for its Customer Support team to guide enterprise customers through multi-cloud networking and security product adoption, integrations, and real-time support. The role provides subject-matter expertise, escalates complex issues, leads troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, coordinates with engineering teams, documents knowledge resources, and advocates for product improvements. It is a remote Monday-Friday position in Pacific Time, with a Dallas-based annual base salary of $131,300–$154,500 plus benefits, 401(k) match, equity, and bonus eligibility.
