Description
The Staff Collaboration Platform Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms covering chat, conferencing, file sharing, and email. The role focuses on platform reliability, scalability, AI-powered integrations, automation, observability, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction, while also mentoring engineers and leading integrations. Candidates need a computer science or engineering background, at least four years of platform or infrastructure experience, collaboration-domain expertise, programming skills, and experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, scalable architectures, containerization, and identity management. The role is open only to Singapore citizens because CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence.
