Element Biosciences is hiring a Staff Commodity Manager, Strategic Sourcing to develop and execute multi-year sourcing roadmaps for life sciences mechanical assemblies, electronics, and specialized materials. The role leads supplier selection, qualification, development, negotiations, cost modeling, COGS optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and supply continuity across the product lifecycle, while collaborating with R&D, engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing. It is a full-time, daily on-site position in San Diego, California, with domestic travel up to 10% and a base salary of $119,000–$156,000 plus stock options, bonus, health insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off.
