Humanoid is hiring a Staff Controls Software Engineer in London to lead the development, integration, testing, and production deployment of control software for humanoid robotic systems. The role focuses on real-time control architectures, locomotion, manipulation, teleoperation, middleware, safety, reliability, performance validation, release management, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need a degree in robotics, control, computer engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of robotics control software experience, and expertise in C++ and Python, control theory, robot kinematics and dynamics, and real-time systems.
