GitLab is hiring a Staff Data Analyst for its global Support Engineering organization. The role owns annual operating plans, capacity planning, utilization and team-performance scorecards, support economics, AI adoption reporting, predictive analytics, customer-churn models, unified customer schemas, and executive reporting. Candidates should have business intelligence, analytics engineering, or similar data experience, strong SQL skills, dashboarding experience with tools such as Zendesk Explore, Tableau, or Looker, and the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
