Okta is hiring a People Analytics Professional to develop and optimize data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Legal to support workforce planning, employee experience, and business decisions through dashboards, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and emerging AI and NLP capabilities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5–8 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce analytics, data science, or a related discipline, along with proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python or R, and enterprise HR platforms.
