Intuit is hiring a Staff Data Scientist for its Customer Success (ICS) Data Science team to design, build, and ship GenAI solutions from prototype to production. The role partners with ICS, VEP, engineering, data engineering, business, legal, and security teams to define success metrics, develop unstructured text analytics and learning plans, architect knowledge-graph pipelines, lead prompt engineering and evaluation, and create scalable, safe, and cost-effective LLM applications. Candidates need 8+ years of data science experience, strong Python and SQL skills, LLM and GenAI expertise, and a quantitative degree or equivalent experience.
