The Predictive Index is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to establish and own the data science function for a new venture. The role is responsible for defining scientific and statistical standards, building instrumentation, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics infrastructure, running rigorous product experiments, identifying drivers of client outcomes, and partnering with Product, go-to-market, and Behavioral Science on strategy. It requires 7+ years of staff-level product data science experience, a track record of building product analytics from scratch, strong experimental and statistical expertise, a quantitative graduate degree or equivalent experience, and comfort operating as a sole subject matter expert. The position is salaried at $170,000-$220,000 and may be performed remotely within the United States, at the Westwood, Massachusetts headquarters, or in a hybrid arrangement.
