Roofr is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to partner with executive leadership and an experienced data and analytics team on data science and experimentation initiatives across sales, marketing, and product. The role involves forecasting and causal inference, counterfactual analysis, A/B testing, data-app development, and building scalable data frameworks and documentation. Candidates need at least seven years of data science experience in a fast-moving business, strong SQL and statistical modeling skills, and hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and BI tools. The position offers a CAD 140,000–160,000 compensation band and a remote-first culture with benefits for United States and Canada.
