Spring Health is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to architect semantic and intelligence layers for profile data and AI-native product features. The role owns data contracts, AI-augmented workflows, LLM guardrails, recommendation-engine strategy, cross-team technical leadership, mentoring, and production reliability. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco with an expectation to work in the office two to three days per week, requires 8+ years of production ML/AI experience, and offers a base salary of $239,000 to $270,000 plus equity and benefits.
