Quince is hiring a Staff Data Scientist – Supply Chain Operations Research to lead the development and productionization of advanced operations research solutions for warehouse routing, transportation, network planning, inventory, and purchase order allocation. The role owns end-to-end OR workstreams, establishes scientific and methodological standards, partners with engineering and supply chain teams across Bangalore and Palo Alto, mentors Data Scientists, and applies AI-native workflows to optimization and experimentation. Candidates need 9–12 years of experience in operations research, data science, applied mathematics, industrial engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, along with expertise in optimization, production systems, experimentation, and mentoring.
