UKG is hiring a Production DBA to manage and optimise SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments supporting 24/7 business-critical database platforms. The role covers performance tuning, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, cloud modernisation, incident response, root cause analysis, observability, capacity planning, security, compliance and cost optimisation, while leading operational practices and mentoring other DBAs. Candidates need at least 9 years of production DBA experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong SQL Server and PostgreSQL administration skills, automation and scripting ability, and the ability to work in a 24/7 on-call model.
