The role validates and characterizes next-generation DDR memory interfaces, including DDR5 and LPDDR6, through electrical margining, signal integrity measurements, timing characterization, laboratory testing, data analysis, automation, and documentation. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; GPA of 3.0 or higher
Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on experience validating and characterizing DDR or LPDDR memory interfaces
Experience with silicon processes for high-speed memory interfaces
Experience using high-speed laboratory test and power measurement equipment
Preferred Qualifications: Python or similar scripting-language automation experience
Collaborative communication and relationship-building skills
Active listening, perspective evaluation, and results orientation
