Hayden AI is hiring a Staff Deep Learning Engineer to lead end-to-end perception projects, define technical approaches, coordinate with Deep Learning, Platform, and Product teams, mentor engineers, and shape the team’s technical direction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production, mastery of at least two perception verticals, broad ML-stack proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills.
