Arm is hiring a Staff Subsystem Design Engineer to develop and integrate complex RTL subsystems and IP for Edge AI, Physical AI, and Cloud AI systems. The role covers microarchitecture specification, RTL design, IP integration, design checks, synthesis, timing and power analysis, verification support, and technical guidance. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, along with extensive digital RTL, microarchitecture, EDA, low-power, and computer-architecture expertise.
