Description
Marki Microwave is hiring a Staff Design Engineer to design, simulate, test, and verify new silicon microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) designs, with a focus on Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) switch development and related products. The role includes MMIC layout, design-rule and layout-vs-schematic checks, foundry PDK validation, tapeout support, product characterization, datasheet preparation, test-plan development, and support through product development and production release. The position is 100% onsite in the Boston, Massachusetts office and requires a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in a relevant field plus 3–5 years of hands-on silicon development experience.
