Staff Design Engineer, Solid Missile Systems at Ursa Major

Ursa Major is hiring a Staff Designer to design, analyze, and qualify solid rocket motor primary and secondary structures and propulsion elements. The role leads clean-sheet motor development, prototype testing, cross-functional design reviews, CAD documentation, supply-chain coordination, and technical mentoring. It requires a bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or a related field, seven years of relevant experience, rocket-motor and solid-propulsion expertise, additive-manufacturing knowledge, and eligibility for a Secret Clearance.
